The Duluth Rising Festival event returns to Bayfront Festival Park in Duluth on September 14-15.  The event will feature all things rising including static displays of 6-8 hot air balloons in the bowl at Bayfront Festival Park.  Check out the Craft Brew Village and the many vendors on site during the festival.  You won’t want to miss the Kiwanis Club of Friendly Duluth’s Free Family Kite Fly, Middle School Weather Balloon Launches presented by St. Louis County, and the all-new Rising Stars event, presented by Carlson Orthodontics and featuring Peyton List from The Disney Channel.  There is so much to see and do this year and it’s all free!

The Craft Brew Village returns to Bayfront Festival Park in conjunction with the Duluth Balloon Festival. What’s better than enjoying a craft beer, listening to live music, and enjoying Lake Superior?
