Affordable lake eats served by Lake Ave Restaurant & Bar. The new venture promises higher quality food with all the previous casual enjoyment.
“This will be an off-shoot of the fun we have with our Lake Ave happy hour and late night food, “says Derek Snyder, owner of Lake Ave Restaurant and force behind the Lakewalk Galley. “It’ll be mobile, quick eating, but homemade with good ingredients and fairly priced for an excellent product.”
While some of the items will seem the same, the donuts will now be made at the Lake Ave kitchen, bratwurst will be sourced from local Yker Acres farm and cheese curds made from scratch. The little eatery also plans to serve local kombucha and Duluth Coffee Company coffee.
