Earth Day

Although Earth Day isn’t specific to Canal Park, I hope it’s something every one of you will participate in, wherever you are. We are lucky to live in and visit Duluth. Daily, I’m amazed by the power of Lake Superior and the natural beauty of the city. This Earth Day (and hopefully every day) take the time to appreciate your surroundings! It’s great to pick up trash on Earth Day – but also think of everyday things you can do to reduce your carbon footprint.  Walk or bike instead of driving to work, ditch plastic water bottles and get a reusable one, bring a reusable bag to the store when shopping, make sure you turn off lights when you walk out of the room, among other things!
